Derek's Story:
I grew up helping my dad on the farm and really liked that not one day was the same. I started my career at Bayer CropScience and worked at a local co-op as a Field Sales Agronomist. Next Gen Ag Partners has allowed me to use my skills and knowledge in chemistry, technology and biologicals and spread it across a large amount of growers to better help their operations.

Eric's Story:
I have been actively engaged in agriculture my entire life. My passion for agriculture developed at a young age while being involved in 4-H and working on our multi-generational family farm. After high school, I gained an associates degree and bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics. After graduating in 2003, I began farming and selling seed. I joined Next Gen Ag Partners in 2020 and am proud to work with an American owned seed company.

My father and uncle inspired me to build a career in agriculture. After working in the co-op world in both energy sales and as a location manager, I was excited to work more closely with local farmers at Next Gen Ag Partners.

Brad's Story:
They say farming's in your blood and I fully agree with that. As the 6th generation on our farm, I've been farming my whole life - and never focused on doing anything else. I like running equipment, growing crops, figuring out ways to improve practices for better results, and helping other growers integrate new practices into their own operations.
Why Next Gen Ag Partners:
In 2005, I began selling seed as a natural diversification of the farming operation. As I tried new practices on my own farm, I wanted to find another way to share what I learned with area growers - and help them achieve the same results I was seeing. NGAP was founded to help do just that. With this team, I hope to continue to develop the next generation of energetic, trusted advisors helping local growers stay informed on new practices, integrate innovations into current practices, and get the most ROI from their soil and inputs.
